The International Small & Medium Enterprises Trade Development Union (ISMEUK) is an international trade promotion organization headquartered in London, which mainly provides such services as international economic and trade promotion, overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises, listing and financing and international exhibition.

In the developed countries and regions including Britain and the United States, ISMEUK operates many large commercial real estate projects such as “Chinese Business City in London”, “British Huaxia Traditional Chinese Medicine Center”, “Chinese Building Materials Center in London”, “Chinese Commodity Exhibition Center in Los Angles” and “Chinese Commodity Exhibition Center in Vancouver”, and it also operates the magazine Chinese Trade Market (issued globally in Chinese and English).

ISMEUK has established very favorable relationship with the governments, associations and enterprises in the developed countries and regions such as Britain and the United States. It can effectively assist the Chinese governments at all levels in expanding the economic and trade cooperative relations with the European and American powers and assist the Chinese enterprises in expanding the markets there.

Since ISMEUK made its presence in China, it has established very close relationship with the governments, trade associations and enterprises in the developed regions of China. ISMEUK’s service networks in China have covered all the big cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and Shanghai in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta; besides, Sichuan, Shaanxi and Yunnan have also been incorporated in the scope of services.

ISMEUK has set up in London such operating entities as “London Chinese Business City Investment Management Co., Ltd” and “British Huaxia Medicine and Health Care Co., Ltd. In Guangzhou, China, it has the representative office and owns a wholly controlled subsidiary---Guangzhou Huazhijie Business Consulting Co., Ltd.

Sources of ISMEUK’s Expenses: Many of its subordinate entities in Britain, the United States and China support the operation of ISMEUK.

Services for Chinese Enterprises:

Reflection of ISMEUK’s Services: It provides three services for the Chinese enterprises:

(I) Market---it invests in the establishment of various sales venues for the Chinese enterprises to set up overseas trade or service windows.

(II) Capital---It helps the Chinese enterprises to finance by listing or seeking investors on the overseas securities and capital markets.

(III) Technology---Based on the needs of the Chinese enterprises, it seeks the suitable high and new technologies and equipment in the developed countries.

Main Receivers of ISMEUK’s Services:

(I) The cities, counties and professional towns with regional economic strengths and unique features. The local governments and the competent authority of foreign trade and economy provide support, integrate the local enterprise resources and utilize ISMEUK’s overseas resource superiority to carry out the above three services in an all-directional manner.

(II) The state-owned and private enterprises and the individual investors that intend to independently blaze the overseas sales markets. According to each of the cases, ISMEUK provides the support for three services.

(III) The chambers of commerce, associations and other social organizations that intend to build up the international operating platform, can effectively combine and mobilize the overseas resources and help the enterprises and members to carry out international exchanges and expand abroad.

Services for Foreign Enterprises:

(I) Trade---Though its favorable relationship with Chinese enterprises and local governments, the powerful resources in many Chinese advantageous industries and the trade teams with many years of experience, ISMEUK can purchase the most high-grade products at the lowest cost.

(2) Market---Providing all-round services for assisting the foreign enterprises in their access to the Chinese market, such as investment in setting up factories, incorporation of companies, franchised operation, market survey, regional agents and distributors in China, establishment of relationship with trade associations, etc.

(III) Transaction Platform---Establishing the centralized platforms for exhibition and transaction of the products of foreign enterprises in the Chinese Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. Currently, ISMEUK has set up the large-scale foreign commodity exhibition and transaction centers in Guangzhou, Sichuan, Tianjin and other Chinese provinces.

(I) Economic and Trade Cooperation---The governments conclude the friendly relations among cities; establishing good cooperative relationship with the trade associations, large chambers of commerce and local governments of the provinces and municipalities on the Chinese mainland; and international cooperation and match-making negotiation between Chinese and foreign enterprises.

(II) Undertaking of Events---Undertaking the large-scale conferences, forums and exhibitions held in China.

(III) Transaction Platform----Establishing the centralized platforms for exhibition and transaction of the products of foreign enterprises in the Chinese Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta or setting up the purchase centers, R&D centers and international certification laboratories in China.

(IV) Visiting Delegation---The visiting delegation provides a series of services including the match-making business negotiations with the Chinese enterprises, interconnection of government relations and trade associations, investment in setting up factories, on-the-spot investigation, etc.
